Trainee programmes is focused for Omani nationals only, once in a year for a span of not exceeding 3 months. Where the aspirant is taken over all spheres of civil construction activities. They will be trained and monitored with proper assessment to ensure they spend each day worthy being a part of Atlantic.

We do have a selection criteria for the trainee programme, candidates who ever clears it successfully will be placed as Intern with a paid stipend for the set tenure of learning.
