A multifaceted division in the organisation which has executed many specialised ID works (such as doors & windows, false ceiling, MS rails, partitions etc.) for many premium projects, adding an eminent finishing touch to our accomplished products/projects.
A skilled team possessing capability to execute any specialized civil works related to structure modification or refurbishment. The profile is also enriched with experience of executing large volume of tiling, paving, enabling & waterproofing works. Over the years, this unit has worked on many HNI’s, Corporates, Institutions & private clients.
An important supporting arm of Atlantic’s operations team that can carry out any simple to complex MEP works for building projects, with an efficient team of skilled electricians, plumbers & mechanics; under the control of experienced & qualified engineers/supervisors. This unit also flavors value engineering support & crucial coordination during the project course.
This department enjoys limited yet remarkable structural steel works in the project list with qualified & experienced mechanical team. The well-equipped fabrication unit is situated in Barka, with progressive expansion plans to cater various segment requirements.
An independent division established with a full-fledge fabrication workshop in Misfah. This unit can execute high-end / specialized aluminum & glazing works under the brand title ‘ADRIATIC’. In present state, this name is considered as a reliable & resourceful entity for competent design, fabrication & installation service capabilities.
With the support of in-house civil & MEP department, a maintenance cell within the organization with skilled supervisors are capable to provide engineering upkeep solutions & services to many properties including residential/commercial complex, Educational Institutions, Manufacturing units, hotels/resorts, High-end villas and others.
Atlantic has carried out many small to large scale villas projects with proven credentials & satisfactory feedback from all the allied eminent clients. The team owns experienced engineers who can understand the project requirements of clients & consultants and provide effective value-engineering/cost-saving advices, in order to achieve the design expectations within the set budget.
A supporting department which presently caters the in-house landscaping work requirements for the ongoing projects and also to the specialized projects undertaken within APES. The profile flourishes good credentials for high-end villa & resort projects.
